12/6/19 - Our First OPEN HOUSE!
We are so excited to finally open the doors to the public. We had our first official open house on Friday, 12/6, coinciding with with City of Jamestown Christmas Celebration. Horse and buggy rides around the town square, a community Christmas tree lighting, caroling, vendors, and even Santa Clause were some of the other attractions during this awesome annual event. We pulled back out curtain, unlocked the doors, and inviting the community into our freshly renovated showroom. We provided home-baked cookies and had the place swinging to Brian Setzer's Big Band Christmas playlist. Thank you to everyone who visited!

10/24/19 - New Brands Added
Cumberland Guitars is proud to be partnering with Lyman Custom Shop Guitars, Pig Hog Cables and Stands, Barefoot Buttons, Nose Pedal and Westminster Effects.
Lyman Custom Shop hand-makes beautiful custom made guitars. Their guitars have the general style and feel of vintage instruments from the golden era (1952-1964) of electric guitars, but are loaded with modern enhancements like compensated bridge saddles, locking tuners, compound radius necks, and mil-spec wiring components. Each one has a vibrant translucent finish that allows the wood grain to shine through. 100% handmade in the USA, and for a price that is a STEAL for such a quality guitar.
Nose Pedal and Westminster Effects are two rapidly growing pedal brands that are handmade in South Carolina. Westminster makes a wide range of effects pedals, all with innovative designs, fantastic graphics, and inspiring tones. Nose Pedal produces compact utility pedals to expand your pedalboard....tap tempo switches, on/off triggers, expression controls, signal buffers and more.
All Pig Hog cables purchased through Cumberland Guitars include a Lifetime Warranty. If the cable fails, bring it back to us for a no-questions-asked replacement.
10/4/19- A Rock & Roll Wedding!
Surrounded by guitars, rock stars, and friends, Erin and Mark, owners of Cumberland Guitars, tied the knot at the Louder Than Life music festival in Louisville, KY. The couple met at this festival several years ago, so it made for a fitting site for the perfect wedding. Surrounded by guitars and brand representatives from Fender, Diamond, Yamaha, PRS, Martin, and ESP, the ceremony was officiated by Loudwire' Magazine's Gear Factor host, Squiqqy.
Thank you to everyone at The Music Experience, the band Halestorm and rapper Ice Cube for making it extra special. Also, thank you Loudwire Magazine, Louder Than Life, Danny Wimmer Presents, The Courier Journal, WHAS11 News in Louisville, and Halestorm for the media coverage of this rockin' wedding.
9/29/19 - Louder Than Life
Cumberland Guitars is on-site with The Music Experience at Louder Than Life. One of the coolest attractions at TME is being able to purchase a guitar and have it signed by the festival performers that swing by the tent. All of these guitars have been instantly turned into collector's items and really cool pieces of memorabilia.
Mark from Cumberland Guitars had a blast as an official judge for the 30 Seconds to Shred guitar contests, hosted by PRS and Ibanez guitars. The winner of each contest gets to go home with a brand new guitar!
